The Stott Pilates Reformer is a sophisticated piece of pilates equipment.

It is comprised of pulleys and springs and a sliding carriage that are used to strengthen and condition all parts of the body with a focus on core control and strength. This is a very versatile piece of equipment that can be used to accommodate all ability levels and rehabilitation goals. The pulleys and springs can be used to make an exercise more difficult or to assist with an exercise.

We also have a jumpboard which is used for plyometric exercises and is useful for returning to or training for sports such as downhill skiing, dancing, skating, volleyball and basketball. The jumpboard will also give a you a great cardio workout.

Pilates under the instruction of a physiotherapist can be billed to your extended health plan.
